We are seeking a highly skilled Outreach & Enrollment Specialist plays a central role in managing client engagement and supporting the full intake and enrollment lifecycle for our client. This position oversees all inbound and outbound communication with prospective and current clients, ensuring 100% of calls and outreach are handled promptly and professionally. The specialist manages customer schedules, conducts daily reminder and feedback calls, and provides consistent support to families throughout their onboarding journey.
 
What you'll do 
  1. Manage 100% of incoming/outgoing calls per day for leads generated by the company.
  2. Manage schedules for customers and conduct daily reminder calls.
  3. Coordinate with the Insurance & Billing team for authorization management.
  4. Achieve an 80% conversion rate for referrals/requests for services made.
  5. Ensure 100% of converted referrals have a Meet & Greet session.
  6. Ensure 100% of converted referrals complete comprehensive assessments with their assigned FSP (Family Support Programme) Clinician.
  7. Achieve a 90% continuity rate for program participants beyond the initial three months.
  8. Follow Client's Outreach and Enrollment SOP, including outreach to referrals and current clients via calls/emails/texts.
  9. Conduct daily session reminder calls to parents/caregivers and feedback calls to enrolled parents/caregivers.
  10. Understand user problems and concerns and share them with the team internally.
  11. Conduct new patient registration & scheduling and provide a formal introduction to the program.
  12. Send intake forms and coordinate with the billing team for insurance authorization.
  13. Manage ongoing schedules and Meet and Greet sessions.
  14. Use spreadsheets, Excel, and Word for reporting purposes. 
  15. Attend internal meetings via online meeting tools during work hours.
You're a Great Fit If You 
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, patient coordination, case management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically. (Spanish/English)
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and documentation tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, intake processes, and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems.
  • Basic understanding of insurance processes, authorizations, or coordination with billing teams (preferred but not required).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working with families, caregivers, or healthcare/social services clients is highly preferred.

Location: Argentina
Job Type: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday,  8:30am - 5:30 pm EST 
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
