Position Overview:
 
We're seeking dedicated Lead Qualification Specialists to join a dynamic team supporting new legal verticals (Motor Vehicle Accidents and Personal Injury). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and experience qualifying web-generated and purchased leads for legal services. You will play a pivotal role in connecting qualified clients with law firms while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify inbound and purchased web leads for MVA and personal injury legal services.
  • Confirm the identity and needs of potential clients through detailed verification calls using provided web form data.
  • Assess primary qualification criteria (e.g., accident details, fault, statute of limitations, medical attention received).
  • Accurately and professionally communicate with leads, addressing questions and obtaining required information.
  • Enter and update data using tech stack (Leads Prosper, Call Tools, Ringba), with the potential to operate through additional CRMs/integrations.
  • Follow clear scripts and workflows while remaining adaptable to evolving processes, KPIs, and project goals.
  • Collaborate with training and leadership teams (e.g., Gabby, Director of Call Centers) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company/client compliance standards.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in call center or client qualification roles; legal vertical experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
  • Culturally sensitive, professional, and able to deliver accent-neutral service suited for the US legal market.
  • Proficiency with CRM and dialer platforms; adaptability to client tech stack.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with care.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-evolving environment.
  • Willingness to work dedicated, full-time hours for a single client.

  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
