Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to business leads provided by the client
- Use the client’s CRM system, excel, and VoIP tools (e.g., Aircall) for lead management and calling
- Accurately log call outcomes and update lead information in the CRM
- Communicate directly with the client for product knowledge updates and work instructions
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to compliance requirements for data handling and outreach (e.g., GDPR, as applicable)
Requirements: - Professional fluency in English & Mandarin
- Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and VoIP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow client instructions
Tools & Systems: - CRM – client provided
- VoIP tools (e.g., Aircall or similar) – client provided
- Excel or other spreadsheet tools for lead management as required
Reporting & Management: - Day-to-day work and product updates will be managed directly by the client
- Attendance and time tracking will be monitored by Outsourced via installed software (e.g., Blue TraIT)
