Outbound telemarketer handling lead generation, CRM updates, and client communication for a Singapore-based project.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential business leads.
  • Update and maintain lead data in the client’s CRM system.
  • Utilize VoIP tools (e.g., Aircall) and Excel for lead tracking.
  • Communicate product updates and instructions with the client.
  • Ensure professionalism and compliance in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in outbound telemarketing or sales (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM and VoIP tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
