Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
- Work with modern mobile architectures and client-side data management solutions
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Implement realtime functionality and seamless responsive user experiences
- Contribute to scalable UI systems and reusable component libraries
- Quickly ramp up on existing codebases and contribute effectively from an early stage
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to enhance productivity and delivery speed
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from development through deployment and release
Required Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on experience with React Native for native mobile application development
- Experience with Expo or similar React Native development frameworks/tools
- Experience with client-side data management solutions such as WatermelonDB or similar
- Familiarity with realtime technologies such as WebSockets, Phoenix Channels, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of UI design systems and component-based architecture
Preferred Experience: - Exposure to Elixir/BEAM ecosystem
- Backend or full-stack development experience
- Strong adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks
