Python Developer (Web Scraping & Data Integration)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and help expand our data integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale, industrialized web scraping and connecting new public data sources to our platform. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours, ideally suited for candidates based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain robust web scraping solutions to integrate new public data
sources into our data pipeline.
● Work closely with our team in Amsterdam to ensure seamless data integration and
high-quality results.
● Handle complex scraping tasks that require experience beyond entry-level programming.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
efficiently.
● Maintain clear documentation and adhere to best practices in coding and data
management.

Requirements:
● Proven experience in Python development, particularly with web scraping at scale.
● Strong understanding of data pipelines and integration of multiple data sources.
● Ability to handle complex scraping challenges (not suitable for junior developers).
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
● Open to both mid-level and senior candidates; speed of onboarding is a priority.
