About Our Client
A disruptive, mission-driven startup is building a unique end-of-life planning and concierge platform targeting the U.S. market, with ambitions for national and global scale. The core team is composed of seasoned entrepreneurs dedicated to culture, compassion, and leveraging technology to transform a traditionally underserved space.
Role Summary
This isn’t a typical “virtual assistant” position—it’s a high-impact, multi-faceted executive assistant/executive operator role working closely with founders and C-suite leadership. You will be pivotal in operational execution, project management, research, and leveraging AI tools to multiply team effectiveness.
What you’ll do
- Act as a right hand to the founders: attend meetings, synthesize notes, track action items, and move projects forward with minimal handholding.
- Leverage AI and automation tools daily to boost productivity and streamline business operations.
- Conduct market research, vet potential partners/vendors, screen candidates, and prepare actionable reports for leadership review.
- Build, refine, and execute outreach templates and campaigns (with input from the CMO).
- Assist with CRM and operational systems setup (Zoho suite, Zoho Books).
- Facilitate logistics: meeting scheduling, coordinating interviews, liaising with third parties, and preparing documentation.
- Support the founders in scaling operations across multiple U.S. metro markets.
- Engage in groundwork tasks as needed—outreach, influencer coordination, basic production support, and project management.
- Maintain high-level confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence at all times.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting executives, operations, or project management in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality—you anticipate needs and independently drive tasks to completion.
- Advanced comfort with AI, automation, and modern productivity tools; examples of use in current or previous roles are a plus.
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive in ambiguity, see “grey areas” as opportunities, and suggest improvements beyond assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new tech platforms (Zoho CRM, project management tools, etc.).
- Strong cultural and empathy fit with a mission-driven, spiritual, and progressive organization.
- Bonus: Experience in end-of-life services, healthcare, or related fields.

- Location: Colombia

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm PST
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
