Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid Start Time: 6:00 AM MYT About the Role: The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of client engagements within the Professional Services team. This position combines project administration excellence with opportunities to develop project management skills, being the operational support for multiple concurrent projects.
Technical Priorities: - Strong Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) capability is essential.
- Other tools like JIRA, Xero, and Practice Ignition are considered trainable.
Must Have: - 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling within consultant availability, prepare meeting agendas, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Experience in managing project-related procurement, including vendor coordination, purchase order (PO) management, and invoicing workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of effective customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.

Nice to Have: - Experience with JIRA and project plan creation.
- Familiarity with assisting in the development of high-level project plans, timelines, and status reports to maintain portfolio visibility.
- A desire to develop formal project management skills and take independent ownership of coordinating smaller client engagements under guidance.
Key Responsibilities: - Initial project and engagement set up across relevant software and systems.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling within Consultant availability, preparing agendas, and booking meetings.
- Assist in the development of project management documents such as presentations, project plans, and status reports.
- Manage project-related procurement processes, including vendor coordination, purchase order management, and invoicing.
- Ensure engagement details in relevant systems are kept up to date, maintaining visibility of the portfolio status and progress.
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines.
- Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays promptly.
- Take ownership of coordinating smaller engagements under guidance.
- Participate in relevant client meetings.
