About Our Client
Our client is an investor-led company provides fast, flexible lending solutions for real estate projects across the U.S.—from fix-and-flip deals to ground-up construction and long-term rentals. Their mission is simple: empower real estate investors with personalized funding, not cookie-cutter loans.

Primary Responsibilities
● Process daily loan pipeline documentation
● Manage communication with borrowers
● Update opportunities in Go High Level CRM
● Upload and track documents in File Invite and Lending Wise
● Coordinate document collection and submission
● Conduct follow-up communications
● Maintain accurate and organized digital records
 
Required Qualifications
● 1-3 years administrative experience
● Excellent written and spoken English
● Strong organizational skills
● Proficient with digital communication tools
● Ability to work independently
● Quick learner
 
Technical Requirements
● Comfortable with CRM and document management systems
● Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
● Dedicated home workspace
 
Work Conditions
● Location: Argentina - Buenos Aires (CABA)
● Job Type: Onsite
● Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
● Employment Type: Full-time
