Role summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Digital Campaign Set Up Executive to join our Paid Media team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns, primarily supporting UK-based clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical campaign execution skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (ICT)
Work Setup: Home-based setup
Key responsibilities: - Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager and other major social channels
- Execute campaigns based on detailed briefs with high accuracy and precision
- Apply audience segmentation, performance tracking, and data-driven optimisation strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide structured reporting insights
- Collaborate closely with UK-based team members to support overnight campaign builds when required
- Participate in performance reviews and continuous campaign improvements
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices, platform policies, and internal standards
Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of at least three additional platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Microsoft Ads)
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign optimisation
- Experience working with reporting dashboards or data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Experience: - Mid-Senior level experience in digital marketing or paid media
- Experience working with UK-based teams or international clients is highly preferred
- Experience with Google Ads or programmatic advertising is a plus
Communication & Professional Skills: - Excellent written English skills for effective collaboration with UK team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow campaign briefs precisely
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work required shift hours
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
