Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Graphic Designer to support the creation of print and digital marketing materials in a fast-paced environment. This role is centered around marketing collateral design, case management, and same-day asset delivery. You will work from structured requests submitted through our internal system and execute high-quality, brand-consistent materials efficiently and accurately.

Core Responsibilities
Design and customize marketing materials including:
●  Flyers
● Postcards
● Social media graphics
● Email graphics
● Presentation materials
● Prepare print-ready files with correct sizing, bleed, margins, and export settings
● Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
Case & Project Management
● Manage multiple active design requests concurrently
● Track incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency
● Deliver completed assets through our structured request-and-delivery system
● Maintain organized file naming and storage standards
● Communicate clearly on revisions and status updates Fast-Paced Execution
● Meet same-day turnaround timelines when required
● Work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or brand standards

Software Requirements
● Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
● Canva Pro
You must be confident moving between Adobe and Canva depending on project needs.

Required Skills:
● Strong layout and typography skills
● Attention to detail
● Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
● Experience preparing professional print files
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Comfortable working within structured workflows and request systems
● Strong time management skills in deadline-driven environments

Work Structure
● All projects are submitted through a centralized request system

• Location: Colombia
• Job Type: Remote
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday,  9am - 6pm PST
