Architectural Draftsman (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced
Architectural Draftsman to join a growing international team. This is a full-time remote opportunity for professionals who are passionate about architectural design, technical documentation, and delivering high-quality work.
About the Role As an Architectural Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating floor plans and technical drawings for residential properties. You will collaborate with an international team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and revise architectural floor plans and technical drawings.
- Perform area calculations and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Modify and customize floor plan templates based on project requirements.
- Use architectural design software to develop and update projects.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of drawings and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with an international team to meet project deadlines.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the development of new architectural services.
Requirements - 2-5 years of professional experience in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing and modifying architectural floor plans.
- Proficiency with architectural design software such as SketchUp or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on residential projects.
- Previous experience in an international or remote work environment.
- Familiarity with technical calculations and architectural documentation.
