Job Summary:
CSRs are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by verifying schedules, on-site presence, and overall client happiness. Some CSRs may also handle scheduling and client updates, contributing to the success of work orders.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Making confirmation calls/texts with vendors and clients.
  • Confirming vendor check-ins and check-outs.
  • Confirming store manager satisfaction.
  • Posting notes in client and internal systems.
  • Tracking vendor performance and feedback.
  • Informing managers of issues.
  • Addressing assigned items, incoming calls, emergency tickets, and managing email inboxes.
  • Scheduling demand services and rescheduling services.
  • Uploading vendor documents.
  • Addressing issues from clients or vendors.
  • Monitoring technicians' daily workload and assisting with resource coordination.
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls with technicians and client dispatch teams.
  • Assessing daily workload and adjusting resource plans.
  • Creating and managing reports (bookings, system errors).
  • Ensuring adherence to client procedural requirements.
  • Project setup, vendor assignment, preparation of scopes/estimates, reviewing work orders, and material procurement.
  • Data entry for purchase orders, invoicing, vendor compliance, and documentation.
  • Vendor sourcing.
Requirements and Skills (Must Have):
  • At least 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Customer service/phone skills, verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, organized, motivated, ability to multitask.
 
Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time
  • With a possibility of shifting schedule and weekend work
 
Work Location
  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
