Job Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Member Services Specialist to deliver a high-touch, personalized, and knowledgeable experience to members. This role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting membership-related concerns, and managing detailed requests that require research and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone and other communication channels
  • Research and respond to member inquiries with urgency and professionalism
  • Consistently exceed member expectations through high-quality support
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively across multiple platforms
  • Evaluate the member experience and recommend improvements to engagement and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with and support other teams as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Confident in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
Work Schedule:
Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule including weekends
