Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and reliable Telemarketer to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our client's services, and generate qualified leads or appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow proven scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
- Clearly and professionally present our products or services
- Follow call scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
- Ask qualifying questions and gather accurate customer information
- Schedule appointments or transfer warm leads as directed
- Maintain detailed and accurate call notes in our system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion goals
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Qualifications - Previous telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Confident, clear, and friendly phone presence
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM and Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time
Work Setup: Office-based (Eastwood, Quezon City)
