- Report identified clashes clearly and in a timely manner to relevant design and project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain material lists and quantities derived from BIM models
- Coordinate regularly with the on-site AutoCAD design team and Design Director to ensure model accuracy reflects the latest drawing revisions
- Maintain BIM model version control and ensure alignment with project modelling standards
- Support the design team with regular status updates and clash reports throughout the project
Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in ICT, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience working with BIM/Revit, including solid experience in clash detection and multi-discipline coordination
- Demonstrated experience converting AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings into BIM models
- Proven ability to independently identify, document, and report design clashes
- Experience preparing material take-offs/quantities from BIM models
- Strong self-starter with proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup with minimal supervision
- Clear and confident written and spoken English; comfortable coordinating with an international, cross-time-zone project team
Nice-to-Have: - Experience with Navisworks or other dedicated clash-detection software
- Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) or equivalent BIM certification
- Prior BIM experience specifically on ICT/telecom or passive network infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP) or ISO 19650 coordination workflows
- Prior experience on airport, transportation, or other large-scale infrastructure projects
