Role: Lead Recruiter Location: Ho Chi Minh City Department: Operations / Recruitment Reports to: Director of Recruitment, New Markets About Outsourced Outsourced is a premium offshore staffing provider with 13 years of experience building high-performing teams in the Philippines and around 1,500 team members globally. We are expanding our delivery hubs across multiple countries, and this role will help strengthen and scale recruitment delivery in Vietnam. The opportunity This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role for someone who can also help build and lead a growing recruitment capability in Ho Chi Minh City. You will recruit across a wide range of professional roles (for example web developers, architects, accountants, and other specialist positions). You will work with international stakeholders and clients, so strong English communication and confidence in client-facing conversations are essential. Key responsibilities End-to-end recruitment delivery - Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, client updates and coordination, interview scheduling (with admin support), offer management, and closing.
- Translate role requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies, including language capability and business communication.
Candidate sourcing and market mapping - Proactively source hard-to-find talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct basic market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy (availability, salary expectations, competitor activity).
Client and stakeholder communication - Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and international clients, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and advising on hiring strategy.
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience aligned with Outsourced's premium brand.
Hiring quality and process improvement - Maintain high standards for screening, assessment, documentation, and compliance with internal processes.
- Improve workflows and reporting as the Vietnam recruitment function scales.
- Track key metrics (for example time-to-shortlist, time-to-fill, pipeline health, interview-to-offer conversion, offer acceptance rate).
Team growth (as Vietnam scales) - Help shape the recruitment playbook in Vietnam (processes, templates, sourcing channels, scorecards).
- Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of future recruiters (experience leading others is helpful but not required).
What success looks like (first 3 to 6 months) - Deliver strong shortlists for professional and technical roles, consistently meeting both skills and language requirements.
- Create repeatable recruitment processes and reporting that scale.
- Earn stakeholder trust through proactive, clear communication and realistic hiring guidance.
Requirements - 5+ years of recruitment experience in a similar end-to-end role (in-house or agency), ideally with international companies or global clients.
- Demonstrated experience hiring across professional roles, including technical and hard-to-fill positions (for example developers, engineering, architecture, finance/accounting).
- Strong English communication (verbal and written), confident presenting candidates and providing hiring advice.
- Strong sourcing capability, proactive outreach, and pipeline-building discipline.
- High ownership mindset, organized, responsive, and comfortable in a growing environment.
Nice to have - Experience mentoring or managing recruiters.
- Experience building recruitment processes or setting up a function.
- Familiarity recruiting for offshore staffing, shared services, or global delivery teams.
