Onshore Recruiter
Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines / LATAM)
Schedule: Full-time, US business hours (EST)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring for our onshore team, with a focus on operations roles such as Dispatchers and Scheduling Managers. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and job posting through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine job descriptions
- Post jobs and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Present shortlists with clear notes and manage interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to drive the process forward
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (in-house or agency/BPO)
- Experience recruiting for operations/support roles (dispatch, scheduling, customer service, logistics, field services, etc.) preferred
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn and other platforms) and confident English communication (spoken and written)
- Organized, able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable using ATS or recruitment trackers, Google Workspace, and video meeting tools; available full-time during US business hours (EST or similar)
