Role Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Reports Analyst to centralize and elevate reporting across Recruitment and HR functions.
This role is critical in transforming fragmented and manual reporting processes into a structured, accurate, and insight-driven function. The Reports Analyst will serve as the dedicated owner of HR and Recruitment analytics—enabling real-time visibility, improving data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Centralized Reporting & Data Ownership - Act as the single point of ownership for all Recruitment and HR reporting
- Consolidate data across multiple systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, engagement tools) into unified dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
- Maintain structured data repositories and reporting templates
HR Analytics & Insights - Develop and manage reports across key HR functions, including:
- Payroll & benefits analytics
- Headcount and workforce planning
- Attrition tracking and forecasting
- Onboarding metrics
- Learning & Development participation and impact
- Engagement and survey analytics
- Employee Relations trends
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Recruitment Analytics - Track hiring performance metrics such as:
- Time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Pipeline conversion rates
- Source effectiveness
- Hiring demand vs. fulfillment trends
- Partner with recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency and strategy
Dashboarding & Visualization - Design and maintain real-time dashboards for HR, Recruitment, and leadership teams
- Present complex data in clear, actionable formats for both internal and client stakeholders
- Enable self-service reporting where applicable
Compliance & Reporting - Support local and global compliance reporting requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and data trails
Process Improvement & Automation - Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes
- Implement tools and best practices to improve reporting efficiency and turnaround time
- Continuously enhance reporting frameworks to support business growth
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in reporting, HR analytics, or recruitment analytics
- Experience supporting mid to large-scale global workforces is preferred
- Background in BPO, offshore staffing, or shared services is a strong advantage
Key Skills & Tools - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and engagement platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Work schedule: AM (8AMto5PM) or MID (1PM to 10PM (3x office 2WFH)
