About the Role: We're looking for a technically strong and detail-obsessed Data & Reporting Specialist to own the accuracy, reliability, and usability of our data across sales, inventory, pricing, and operations. This is a hands-on operational role: part data management, part reporting and dashboards, part system QA. You'll be the person who catches the discrepancy, finds out why it happened, and fixes it. You'll work across Zoho Analytics, PostgreSQL, our CRM, and ERP daily, building and maintaining reports that our partners and internal teams depend on, keeping pricing data clean and synchronized across systems, and responding to ad-hoc data needs from the business.
Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data models and reports in Zoho Analytics
- Create and manage dashboards of varying complexity, from comprehensive sales performance views for reps to simple transactional "day-at-a-glance" operational lists
- Own all POS and inventory reporting with rigorous QA to ensure data accurately reflects real-world operations
- Handle pricing data ingestion: transforming and normalizing manufacturer files, loading pricing into CRM and ERP, maintaining special pricelists, and reconciling integration syncs between systems
- Monitor integration syncs across connected systems, identify issues such as ID mismatches and failed or orphaned records, and apply targeted remediation directly in PostgreSQL
- Perform data hygiene tasks across CRM and ERP (contacts, addresses, item records, etc.)
- Identify data integrity issues and propose process improvements including validation rules, field controls, and better data governance practices
- Support new item creation and product data maintenance across platforms
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal teams accurately and promptly
Requirements: - 2-4+ years of experience in data operations, reporting, or revenue operations
- Strong, proven SQL skills: comfortable writing queries from scratch, troubleshooting data issues, and working directly in a database client, not just through a BI tool abstraction
- Comfortable working directly in PostgreSQL: able to query sync and transaction tables, identify data integrity issues, and perform targeted fixes or data loads
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics or a comparable BI tool
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: formulas, data transformation, and working with large structured datasets
- Experience with pricing workflows in a CRM or ERP environment: ingesting files, maintaining pricelists, and reconciling integration syncs
- A methodical approach to QA: you verify that what the system says matches reality, and you don't let a discrepancy slide
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly in a remote environment
Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, or similar Zoho products
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Medusa, Shopify, or similar)
- Exposure to data pipelines, ingestion processes, or internal application support
- Basic understanding of data governance and process automation
