Role Overview
We’re hiring a Fraud Data Analyst to deeply investigate fraud patterns, support customers, and directly improve our detection systems. This is a highly analytical, high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and AI.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover fraud patterns and anomalies
• Investigate customer-reported issues (e.g., flagged users, false positives/negatives)
• Translate complex data into clear insights for customers and internal teams
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to fraud detection models
• Work closely with product and engineering to refine decisioning systems
• Use AI tools and agents to scale investigations and automate workflows
What We’re Looking For
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in Python (or similar) for analysis
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear communicator who can explain complex data simply
• Highly curious and investigative mindset
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
Bonus Points
• Experience in fraud, risk, or trust & safety
• Experience using or building AI tools/agents
• Background in data science or analytics-heavy roles
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (11pm - 9am MNL time)
Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
