Role Summary
We are looking for an AI-first Developer to join our team and help design and deliver AI/LLM-powered solutions for SMB clients. As a fresh graduate, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers, learning how to design and implement scalable AI solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on technical experience and grow within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
What you'll do - Assist in designing and developing AI-powered solutions for SMB clients
- Learn and support the technical aspects of AI systems
- Participate in discovery sessions and technical requirement workshops
- Collaborate with engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and troubleshoot backend systems and APIs
- Drive best practices in AI application design and deployment
You're a Great Fit If You - Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree (or expected within the year)
- Basic understanding or interest in AI and machine learning, specifically with large language models (LLMs)
- Good academic record (GPA details requested)
- Some experience through internships, projects, or academic work related to AI or Python development
Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or REST APIs
- Some exposure to consulting or client communication (through projects or internships)
Work Conditions: - Location: Colombia
- Job Type: Hybrid role with one day in the office per week
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm COT (with adjustments possible for the right candidate after onboarding
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
