Lead Fullstack DeveloperWork Arrangement: Remote - India
About the Role This role requires a senior technical leader to design and own a scalable cloud-based SaaS platform from architecture through launch. The individual will lead cloud infrastructure design, backend development, and complex enterprise API integrations while implementing core AI-driven and FinTech business logic. The position also involves mentoring a remote development team, translating business requirements into technical specifications, enforcing engineering best practices, and delivering a V1 product under an aggressive timeline.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership (70%) - Architecture & Development: Design and own the entire cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and select the optimal technology stack (Python/Node/Go) for the core API and data services. Lead the migration or integration away from existing legacy components.
- API & Data Moat: Lead the integration with complex, enterprise-level ticketing APIs (e.g., Spektrix, Tessitura) to enable the Secondary Attendee Profiler (linking seat numbers to digital engagement).
- AI/Business Logic: Implement the core logic for the Content Guardian Engine (automated compliance, proofing, AFS scoring) and the FinTech Platform (transaction logic, invoicing rules).
- Team Management: Mentor and lead the remote development team (UI/UX, Production Artists), ensuring alignment with the aggressive June 1, 2026, V1 launch deadline.
Collaboration & Documentation (30%) - Translate product owner vision (VP of Operations) and complex business requirements (e.g., 15% FinTech transaction fee logic) into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, security protocols, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/architect role for a SaaS product. Experience managing greenfield projects or major legacy system migrations is highly desirable.
- Backend Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) or Node.js (Express) with strong architectural skills in microservices and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- API Integration: Proven success integrating with complex third-party enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, or Ticketing APIs is a major plus).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience deploying and managing scalable applications on AWS or Google Cloud.
- Urgency & Ownership: Ability to lead a project from conception to launch under a demanding timeline.
