The Role Project Lead & Scrum Master We are seeking an operational driver for our development team—a dedicated Scrum Master and Project Lead focused on expert project management, strong people leadership, and rigorous Quality Assurance (QA).
The primary goal is to ensure the project runs smoothly, the team is held accountable to their tasks, and all deliverables are functional and polished. You will work under the leadership and coaching of a Certified Technical Architect (CTA), who provides the technical direction while you manage the "how" and "when" of daily execution.
Key Responsibilities - Project Operations & Scrum Mastery
- Workflow Management: Own the daily rhythm of the team. Ensure the project stays on schedule, deadlines are respected, and developers are working on the correct priorities.
- Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives to keep the team aligned, motivated, and moving forward.
- Unblocking the Team: Proactively identify and resolve non-technical hurdles (scheduling, requirements clarity, etc.) so the developers can stay focused.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & Delivery
- Testing & Validation: Ensure a final quality check on the team's delivery. You will perform basic functional testing on deliverables to ensure they meet the business requirements.
- Eye for Detail: Spot UI inconsistencies, or logic errors before the work reaches the stakeholders.
- User Acceptance (UAT): Coordinate with business users to ensure that the team’s output is exactly what was requested.
- People Leadership & Accountability
- Performance Oversight: Ensure the developers are doing their jobs, meeting their daily commitments, and following the team’s internal standards.
- Team Health: Manage and mentor mid-level developers, fostering a culture of high accountability and clear communication.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between the development team and the client, providing concise updates and managing expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager).
- Agile Expertise: Highly skilled at managing backlogs, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, and driving efficient sprint cycles. This is a core focus of the role.
- English Communication: You must be able to provide clear, candid feedback to the team and concise updates to clients.
- Leadership Style: A "get-it-done" attitude. You take pride in a project that is organized, on time, and high quality.
Nice-to-Have Skills - Salesforce Familiarity: A foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform (e.g., how to navigate the UI, what a Sales path is). Technical knowledge is not required.
Work Arrangement - Hybrid ; available location: Eastwood, Alabang, SM North, Clark and Cebu.
