Account Manager JD About the Role
We are a growing marketing agency focused on building high-impact, scalable influencer programs for SaaS and eCommerce brands. We also specialize in speaker scouting and fractional operations.
We are a small, fully remote and international team, currently expanding and looking for an Account Manager to own client delivery across multiple accounts.
The Role
You will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients — managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring no deadlines or details fall through.
This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
What You'll Own - Managing client relationships across a defined book of accounts — including status updates, deliverable tracking, and daily communication
- Coordinating with creator partnerships managers to ensure campaigns are on track, on time, and aligned with client expectations
- Managing project timelines, content calendars, and approval workflows across multiple accounts
- Identifying risks, delays, or issues early and addressing them proactively — both internally and with clients
- Participating in client calls and providing updates on campaign performance and progress
- Setting up and maintaining client-facing systems — trackers, portals, documentation, and onboarding workflows
- Escalating strategic questions or decisions when needed
What We're Looking For Must-Haves: - Experience working in a freelance or agency environment
- Strong understanding of client service, expectation management, and multi-account handling
- Proven project management experience — managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate or escalate
- Experience working with remote or international teams
- Availability to overlap with US business hours
Nice-to-Haves: - Experience in influencer marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams
