Job Title: Client Success Manager

Reports to: Director of Client Services & Operations
The Client Success Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing client
projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within
scope, and aligned with client objectives and contractual requirements. This role focuses on
driving execution, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver
high-quality marketing initiatives.
The Client Success Manager serves as a primary point of accountability for project delivery,
translating client needs into actionable plans, tracking progress, and communicating status to
both internal teams and clients. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear
communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency
environment. This role is eligible to earn commissions for contributing to approved scope
expansions and client upsell initiatives. This is a 100% remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution and delivery across assigned
client accounts
● Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects in accordance with client goals, timelines,
and contractual obligations
● Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients through clear communication
and reliable delivery
● Coordinate cross-functional teams (including Content, Web Development, and Design)
to ensure projects move efficiently from planning to completion
● Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using task management
software (Asana)
● Ensure timely and successful delivery of content and campaigns aligned with client
objectives
● Oversee content production across channels, including website copy, social media,
video, ads, email marketing, and print materials
● Track budgets, monitor scope, and manage invoicing and billing coordination for client
projects
● Prepare and present regular project status updates and performance reports to clients
and internal stakeholders
● Identify risks, address issues proactively, and assist with client escalations as needed
● Stay current on marketing trends and contribute ideas to improve project delivery and
outcomes
Required Skills & Abilities
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills across in-person, Zoom, Slack, and
email environments
● Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven
environment
● Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize, plan, and delegate effectively
● Ability and willingness to participate in daily virtual meetings
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Ability to function well in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress agency environment
● Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana preferred)
● Working knowledge of digital marketing principles and workflows
Education & Experience
● BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● Minimum of two years of experience in project management, account management, or a
related role (agency experience preferred)
