Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid Level)
Work Arrangement: HYBRID (10x onsite/mos)Schedule: Mondays - Fridays/ 40hrs per week Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly technical, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to work directly with the Head of Marketing to execute, manage, optimize, and maintain all digital marketing systems, campaigns, and tracking infrastructure. This is an execution and optimization role responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing management of paid media campaigns, analytics tracking, CRM workflows, and digital event infrastructure.
Core Responsibility of the RoleTurn marketing strategy and content into live, optimized, and measurable digital campaigns across required platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Campaign ManagementFull ownership of setup, optimization, and reporting for:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Reddit Ads
Responsibilities include:
- Campaign builds and configuration
- Conversion tracking setup and validation
- Audience creation and testing
- Budget optimization and pacing
- A/B testing of creative and targeting
- Ongoing performance optimization
- Monthly performance reporting
2. Analytics, Tracking & Tag ManagementOwnership of:
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4 event tracking and configuration
- Conversion tracking across all ad platforms
- Troubleshooting tracking issues and discrepancies
- Building dashboards and reports
- Ensuring every campaign and page is measurable
You will be expected to be comfortable debugging GTM and GA4 setups.
3. HubSpot CRM & Campaign Plumbing - Building landing pages and forms
- Connecting campaigns to CRM tracking
- Workflow setup for campaign attribution
- Managing contact segmentation and tagging
- Ensuring proper attribution from ads → landing page → CRM
4. Webinar & Virtual Event SetupFor webinars and online events, you will:
- Set up registration pages
- Connect forms to CRM
- Build reminder email sequences
- Set up streaming/broadcast platform
- Manage attendee tracking and follow-up workflows
