Job Description

Role: Marketing and Graphic Designer VA

Work Set up: Homebased, 10PM-7AM Manila Time

Qualifications –
  • Adobe (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Canva
  • Graphic Design Experience
  • Photo editing (a plus)
  • Creative Thinking
  
Responsibilities :
  • Onboarding new agent materials (Templated flyers, SM posts, postcard)
  • Business Card/Sign Proof and ordering
  • Assist with agent templated work that comes into the inbox daily (Canva templates that are already made)
  • Create new general templates for agents
  • Monitor Email – Notify if Lauren/Sam miss anything in the inbox
  • Postcard designs (COI options, holidays, etc.)
  • Photo retouching and staging (when applicable)
