About the Role We are looking for a
Marketing Executive to manage and coordinate all marketing activities. This includes digital marketing, CRM (email), and social media.
You will work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to make sure the brand is visible, well-positioned, and driving direct bookings.
This is a
hands-on, mid-level role that requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to analyze performance and improve results.
Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning - Support the planning and execution of the annual marketing strategy and campaigns
- Help position the brand across key segments:
- Leisure
- Business
- Long-stay / extended stay
- Identify seasonal and city-wide opportunities to:
- Increase occupancy
- Drive direct bookings
- Ensure all marketing activities align with:
- Revenue and business goals
- Brand identity and tone
2. Digital Marketing & Agency Management - Act as the main point of contact for external digital marketing agencies
- Join regular calls with internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Review and improve campaign performance, including:
- Targeting
- Budget spend
- Traffic and conversions
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Approve or coordinate approval of campaign creatives and messaging
- Work with designers, photographers, and videographers for marketing assets
- Provide monthly insights and recommendations based on performance
3. CRM & Guest Communication - Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to:
- Increase direct bookings
- Encourage repeat guests
- Manage guest communications such as:
- Pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay emails
- Promotions and campaigns
- Improve:
- Audience segmentation
- Automated email journeys
- Campaign performance tracking
- Use CRM insights to improve digital and social campaigns
4. Social Media & Content - Work with social media agencies or internal teams on:
- Monthly content plans
- Campaign promotions
- Ensure content reflects the brand and appeals to target audiences
- Review and approve:
- Content calendars
- Visuals and captions
- Support LinkedIn content for brand awareness and updates
5. Performance Reporting - Create a monthly marketing report covering:
- Digital campaigns (paid and organic)
- CRM/email performance
- Social media activity
- Present insights to the team, including:
- What worked and what didn’t
- Recommendations to improve performance and ROI
6. Coordination & Creative Assets - Work with creative agencies to produce:
- On-site marketing materials (posters, flyers, screens)
- Digital assets
- Help manage costs by handling or briefing simple design tasks when possible
7. AI & Modern Search (Preferred) - Stay aware of how customers search using tools like AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Help improve visibility in these channels through:
- Content
- SEO
- FAQs and optimizations
Qualifications & Skills Experience: - 2–4+ years in digital or CRM marketing
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or similar industries is a plus
- Comfortable working at a mid-level and managing agencies
Skills: - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data
- Good understanding of:
- Digital marketing (search, social, display)
- Email/CRM marketing
- Basic SEO
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Able to work remotely while staying aligned with the team
Ways of Working - Weekly check-ins with the General Manager
- Regular meetings with agencies
- Monthly performance review with the team
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid (TBD)
Work Locations: SM North EDSA Tower 1, North Avenue corner, Quezon City
