Role Purpose and Overview:
The Global Campaign Executive is an operations-focused role providing execution support to the Global Campaign team and broader marketing team. Reporting into the Global Senior Campaign Manager, this role is the single dedicated execution layer for global B2C and B2B campaigns, and partnerships, covering CMS, SKU management, Monday.com workflows, asset coordination, SEO and campaign admin. The role works in close collaboration with the Campaign Managers and B2B/Partnerships Manager to maintain a single, unified marketing plan calendar across all streams and core markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website & Content Management: Manage and update website banners, promotional content and blogs for global B2C campaigns, including basic SEO optimisation.
- Product & Campaign Setup: Manage SKUs, product configurations and Terms & Conditions, ensuring all campaign content is accurate, compliant and ready for launch.
- Campaign Project Management: Coordinate campaign timelines and workflows in Monday.com, follow up with global and regional teams on assets, approvals and deadlines, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Quality & Marketing Calendar Management: Review and test campaigns before launch, maintain campaign documentation and processes, and coordinate the global marketing calendar to identify clashes, dependencies and potential delays.
Experience and skills: - 3+ years of experience in a partnership marketing, co-marketing, account management or campaign execution role
- Demonstrated experience executing co-branded campaigns and partner onboarding across multiple markets
- Experience producing partner-facing marketing collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, EDMs, landing pages)
- Comfortable working with Sales, Account Managers and external partners; not afraid to reach out and ask for what you need
- Experience with CMS platforms, project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and reporting tools
- Proficient with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exposure to fintech, retail, loyalty or gift card categories is a plus
