Role Overview We are seeking a
Marketing & Social Media Assistant to manage and grow our digital presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role combines social media management, executive search, and marketing support.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to represent founders and engage confidently with senior professionals. Maintaining a consistent luxury brand voice across all interactions is essential.
Key Responsibilities 1. LinkedIn Management & Engagement - Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts, including founder and senior team profiles
- Engage authentically (comments, messages, interactions) beyond templated responses
- Monitor engagement and identify potential leads or relevant conversations
- Support Instagram and other platforms through engagement activities
- Ensure all content and interactions align with a premium, luxury brand tone
2. Executive Search & Proactive Outreach - Identify high-quality individuals aligned with target client profiles
- Conduct personalized outreach with a high standard of written communication
- Qualify and hand over interested leads to the matchmaking team
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and brand alignment in all interactions
3. Content Support - Repurpose content from blogs, articles, and company resources
- Draft and refine short-form content (posts, captions, messages)
- Use AI tools where appropriate while ensuring quality control
- Support the execution of a consistent content calendar
4. Administrative & Marketing Support - Assist with Google Business profile updates and postings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as required
Candidate Profile Must-Have Skills & Competencies - Proven experience in social media, marketing, or client-facing roles (preferably in premium/luxury sectors)
- Excellent written English with strong attention to tone, grammar, and clarity
- Ability to adapt communication style to a discreet, high-end brand voice
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Professional communication skills when engaging with senior executives
Nice-to-Have - Interest in luxury services or high-end brands
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and refinement
Experience Level - Mid to senior-level candidates preferred
- Prior experience handling high-level communication and brand-sensitive interactions is essential
Reporting Line - Reports to the Matchmaking & Marketing Lead
- Collaborates closely with the internal matchmaking and marketing teams
Key Success Indicators - Consistent, on-brand communication across all platforms
- Effective lead identification and handover to the matchmaking team
- High-quality writing and positive stakeholder feedback
- Strong alignment with the company’s luxury positioning
Work Schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT
Work Setup: Home-based
