Job Title: Meta Ads Media Buyer
We’re looking for a disciplined, collaborative Meta Media Buyer who can own the day-to-day execution of our internal media buying SOP, maintain strong campaign hygiene, communicate proactively, and help turn Meta into a reliable creative testing and scaling engine.
Role Overview:
- We’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer to execute and optimize paid acquisition across Facebook and Instagram using Nourished’s internal media buying SOP.
- This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident following a structured testing and scaling process. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day Meta execution, launching tests correctly, monitoring performance, making data-backed recommendations, and ensuring the account is managed in line with our agreed internal framework.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to completely reinvent the account structure from day one. We’re looking for someone who can work within a proven operating system, follow the SOP carefully, flag when something isn’t working, and collaborate with the growth and creative teams to continuously improve performance.
- The right person will be comfortable balancing performance marketing discipline with strong communication, clear documentation, and respect for the existing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Nourished’s internal Meta media buying SOP across testing, optimisation, scaling, and reporting.
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, naming conventions, UTMs, and tracking checks accurately.
- Launch new creative tests on time and ensure each test follows the agreed structure, spend thresholds, and decision rules.
- Monitor campaigns daily and take action based on agreed performance targets, including pausing losers, scaling winners, and flagging issues early.
- Maintain strong account hygiene so spend is controlled, tests are easy to read, and performance decisions are clear.
- Provide clear daily and weekly updates on performance, actions taken, blockers, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the growth and creative teams to turn performance learnings into better hooks, angles, formats, offers, and landing pages.
- Escalate tracking, delivery, spend, or setup issues before they become costly.
- Protect Nourished’s brand standards by ensuring creative remains empathetic, PCOS-aware, compliant, and aligned with our tone.
- Suggest thoughtful improvements to the SOP over time, while following the existing process unless changes are agreed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads for a DTC ecommerce brand, ideally in supplements, wellness, beauty, health, or another performance-driven category.
- Strong understanding of Meta campaign setup, creative testing, ABO/CBO structures, optimisation, and scaling.
- Highly disciplined with SOPs, naming conventions, budget rules, testing thresholds, and reporting processes.
- Strong performance literacy, with the ability to read key metrics, follow agreed decision rules, and take clear action on pausing, scaling, or escalating tests.
- Excellent attention to detail across campaign setup, tracking, spend control, and account hygiene.
- Strong communicator who can provide clear updates, flag issues early, and explain what action is being taken and why.
- Collaborative working style, with the ability to partner closely with growth, creative, CRO, and retention teams.
- Low ego, high ownership approach, with the ability to take feedback, ask clarifying questions, and follow agreed processes.
- Strong creative judgment, especially around what angles, hooks, formats, and offers are worth testing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where accuracy, speed, and accountability matter.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with Triple Whale, Shopify, Lifetimely, Intelligems, Skio, Klaviyo,or similar ecommerce tools.
- Experience managing structured creative testing systems with clear spend thresholds and kill criteria.
- Experience in supplements, women’s health, hormonal health, or regulated wellness advertising.
- Strong creative instincts across hooks, angles, UGC, statics, advertorials, and landing page alignment.
- Experience working closely with creative strategists, UGC creators, editors, or internal growth teams.
- Understanding of subscription-first offers, low-ticket acquisition offers, quiz funnels, advertorial funnels, or post-purchase upsells.
- Experience in small teams or founder-led startups where ownership, communication, and follow-through matter.
Required Years of Experience: 2 to 4 Years.
Working Hours: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST.
