About Our Client
Is a U.S.-based, privately held holding company headquartered in Northern Michigan. The organization owns and operates four distinct businesses across the construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. Each operating company is led by a General Manager and supported by a team of skilled tradespeople and operational staff. The parent company is owner- operated and in an active phase of professional infrastructure development — investing in the systems, talent, and processes that will support continued portfolio growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for building and executing the full marketing function across the company and all four operating companies. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership — you will develop strategy, create
content, manage digital channels, drive lead generation, and report on results, all while maintaining consistent brand standards across a multi-entity portfolio.

You will report directly to company ownership with a dotted line to General Managers at each operating company. You are the marketing department — and you will be expected to act like it. The business currently operates primarily through relationship and referral-driven growth; your role is to build a
professional, measurable digital marketing presence without displacing that culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Management & Standards
• Audit, enhance, and enforce brand standards across all four operating companies and the parent brand.
• Develop brand guidelines governing logo usage, typography, color, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints — digital, print, signage, and beyond
• Ensure consistency in how each operating company presents itself in the market while preserving individual brand identity where appropriate

- Website Management

• Own and manage all company websites across the portfolio
• Conduct structured content and design refreshes twice per year per company, ensuring accuracy, visual quality, and SEO alignment
• Identify and implement ongoing improvements to site performance, user experience, and conversion optimization

- Digital Marketing & Paid Media

• Build and manage SEO and SEM strategies from the ground up across all operating companies
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and targeted digital social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms)
• Develop a structured budget proposal framework for digital spend, present options to ownership, and track and report ROI on all paid activity
• Transition the business from ad hoc marketing approvals to a structured, measurable digital
marketing program

- Social Media Management
• Own all social media channels across the company and operating companies — content creation, scheduling, posting, community management, and reporting
• Leverage enterprise-grade, security-compliant social media management tools to manage multi- brand publishing efficiently
• Develop a consistent content calendar reflecting each company's identity, services, and Northern Michigan market presence
• Produce original content including copywriting, graphics, and video where appropriate — using only properly licensed assets and tools
• Report regularly on social media performance metrics, audience growth, and engagement trends

- Content Development
• Write and produce marketing content independently — website copy, social posts, company profiles, case studies, and promotional materials
• Ensure all content reflects a B2B tone appropriate for construction, infrastructure, and trades audiences
• Source and manage freelance designers, photographers, or videographers as needed to supplement in-house production

- Lead Generation & Market Presence
• Develop and execute strategies to introduce digital lead generation alongside the existing relationship-driven growth model
• Maintain and strengthen the company's local market presence throughout Northern Michigan
• Identify partnerships, trade associations, directories, and local channels that support brand visibility and new business development

- Budget & Reporting

• Develop annual and campaign-level marketing budget proposals for ownership approval
• Track all marketing spend against results, presenting clear ROI analysis
• Maintain a reporting dashboard covering SEO rankings, website traffic, paid media performance, and social media metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
- Required

• Minimum 4 years of solid, hands-on marketing experience with demonstrated breadth across brand, digital, content, and social
• B2B marketing experience — ideally in construction, trades, manufacturing, infrastructure, or a related industry
• Proven ability to execute independently without a team or agency infrastructure beneath them
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills — equally capable of writing a professional website service page and a compelling LinkedIn post
• Proficiency with enterprise-grade, security-compliant marketing tools for social media management, graphic design, and digital advertising
• Strict use of properly licensed digital assets in all produced materials
• Exceptional written and spoken English — you will represent the brand voice externally and communicate daily with U.S. leadership
• Strong analytical capability — comfortable reading performance data and translating it into actionable decisions

- Preferred
• Experience managing marketing for multi-brand or multi-entity organizations
• Background in local and regional market strategy, particularly in smaller or rural U.S. markets
• Experience building a marketing function from a limited baseline
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)

Work Conditions:
  • Location: Argentina
  • Job Type: Hybrid (office near the Obelisco - Microcentro)
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday,  9am - 6pm EST
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
