We're looking for a Paid Search Specialist who knows how to turn campaign data into better performance. You'll manage PPC campaigns, optimize strategy, test ad copy, and focus on driving qualified leads.


�� What you'll do
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop keyword strategies and manage bids.
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy.
  • Analyze campaign data and identify actionable trends.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Stay current with SEM/PPC trends, tools, features, and best practices.
  • Communicate with clients about performance, results, and next steps.
�� Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and PPC.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines.
  • Confident communicating with clients via Zoom or phone.
  • Fluent, polished, professional English communication.
�� Nice to have
  • Experience with other advertising/search platforms.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with medical/healthcare terminology.
  • A good sense of humor. ��
