About the Role:Our client, a fast-growing color cosmetics brand in the US, is seeking a highly creative
Graphic & Digital Designer to support their marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for websites, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong brand consistency and a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital assets for: Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta ads, etc.)
- Website and e-commerce (banners, homepage, product pages, landing pages)
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Online ads and promotional materials
- Adapt and evolve the brand's visual identity across all digital channels
- Work from marketing briefs to develop concepts, layouts, and final designs
- Prepare files optimized for web and social media (formats, sizes, resolutions)
- Collaborate with the US-based marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals and brand positioning
- Stay up to date with beauty and social media trends to bring fresh, relevant creative ideas.
Must-Have Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer
- Nano Banana Pro
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Digital work for brands (ideally beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle)
- Social media and e-commerce projects
Advanced skills in: - Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of web design (formats, sizes, responsive design principles)
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, email, and web
- Ability to work US hours (PST) and collaborate remotely
- Strong sense of typography, color, composition, and branding
- Good written and spoken English for daily communication
Nice to HaveExperience with: - Beauty or color cosmetics brands
- E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify or similar)
- Email design tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
- Basic skills in video editing or simple motion (e.g., reels, animated stories) are a plus (not mandatory)
- Illustration or photo-retouching skills
Location: Remote (Colombia).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
