About the Role
This is not a typical graphic design role.
We are looking for a designer with excellent layout and typography skills who enjoys creating polished corporate communications rather than primarily social media content or branding.
You will work directly with our Creative Director and senior design team on a wide range of client projects. The successful candidate should be highly organised, eager to learn, receptive to feedback and committed to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and format professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Design brochures, booklets, reports, product literature and other multi-page publications.
- Create event branding and conference materials.
- Produce marketing collateral for print and digital platforms.
- Design infographics and data visualisations.
- Apply and maintain strict brand guidelines across multiple projects.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital output.
- Update and amend existing artwork accurately.
- Organise artwork and maintain consistent file management.
- Ensure all work is accurate, visually polished and client-ready.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Essential Requirements
- 2-3 years' graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
- Experience working on corporate communications or presentation design.
- Experience designing multi-page documents.
 
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft PowerPoint
 
Good understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout and composition
- Grid systems
- Visual hierarchy
- White space
- Colour consistency
- Print production fundamentals
 
Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm PH time
Work Location: WFH
