About the role:  We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Production & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and producing high-quality packaging artwork ready for manufacturing.
This is not a concept or branding design role. Your primary focus will be maintaining, updating, and preparing production-ready packaging files while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand and manufacturing standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in packaging production, understands print manufacturing requirements, and is comfortable managing a high volume of detail-oriented work. Experience with product visualization or industrial/product design is a plus, as you may occasionally support simple 3D product renders for catalogs and marketing materials.
Working closely with the internal design team, you'll play a key role in supporting ongoing packaging updates and ensuring production files meet the highest quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities Packaging Production:
  • Prepare and update production-ready packaging artwork for 200+ SKUs each season.
  • Apply established branding and packaging standards consistently across new and existing product lines.
  • Ensure all packaging artwork is manufacturing-ready, including:
    • Dielines
    • Dimensions
    • Bleeds
    • CMYK and Pantone color specifications
    • Print production requirements
  • Verify product information, including:
    • Product names
    • Descriptions
    • Barcodes
    • Item numbers
    • Legal and regulatory content
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks before files are released for manufacturing.
 
Packaging Asset Management:
  • Maintain and update packaging artwork throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Implement revisions efficiently while maintaining accurate version control.
  • Organize and manage packaging artwork libraries and production assets.

Graphic Design Support:
  • Create and update production graphics for marketing and product teams.
  • Assist with simple product renders and catalog visuals when required.
  • Prepare artwork for both print and digital applications.
 
Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with internal designers to manage workload and meet production deadlines.
  • Provide proactive updates on project progress.
  • Identify and communicate production concerns before artwork is released to print.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design with a strong focus on packaging production.
  • Proven experience preparing artwork for commercial manufacturing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience collaborating with print vendors and understanding manufacturing specifications.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Packaging production
    • Dielines
    • Bleeds
    • CMYK & Pantone color management
    • Print-ready artwork preparation
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing and maintaining consumer product packaging.
  • Experience supporting high-volume SKU environments.
  • Background in Industrial Design or Product Design.
  • Experience creating basic 3D product renders using tools such as Rhino, KeyShot, Blender, SolidWorks Visualize, or similar software.
  • Experience working with China-based manufacturers.
  • Experience collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
