Job Summary

We are looking for an Appointment Setter

Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious Junior Appointment Setter (a self-starter/"hustler") to support Our Client's sales team by generating and booking qualified demo appointments with potential B2B clients.
This is a pure outbound role focusing on cold outreach, relationship building, calendar coordination, and follow-ups for our leadership team (CIO/CCO) based in Europe (Spain). Your success will directly impact the company’s growth and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Prospecting
  • Make personable, non-robotic cold calls to B2B prospects from provided lead lists and industry directories.
  • Reach out to management companies and related businesses in the superyacht ecosystem across Europe, the UK, and the US (excluding India).
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers.
Appointment Setting & Follow-ups
  • Present a clear, human value proposition for the client's software.
  • Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria (fit, interest, need, timing).
  • Schedule product demo calls with the sales leadership team (CIO/CCO).
  • Target 5 to 15 qualified demos in total per week.
  • Send pre-contact heads-up communications (reminders) on the day of scheduled calls to maximize show-up rates.
  • Manage follow-ups post-call or post-email to ensure prospects move smoothly through the pipeline.
CRM & Communication Management
  • Log all activities (calls, notes, next actions, outcomes) strictly in PipeDrive.
  • Utilize integration tools (e.g., CallHippo / PipeDrive integration) for outbound calls.
  • Utilize company-provided email templates to respond to prospect inquiries.
  • Send personalized, professionally written outreach emails; strictly no unedited "AI slop" or raw ChatGPT copy.
Collaboration & Feedback
  • Work directly with the CIO and CCO.
  • Access team calendars to coordinate meeting availability without scheduling conflicts.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, common objections, and market insights to continuously refine scripts and targeting.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves:
  • Seniority: Junior level with high ambition, strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset. Heavy prior sales experience is not required, provided you are personable, comfortable on the phone, and coachable.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) with a clear, natural, and accent-free/globally understandable voice.
  • Writing Quality: Strong natural written English for professional email follow-ups (must avoid generic AI-generated copy).
  • Attitude: Confident making cold calls, overcoming initial hesitation, and engaging B2B decision-makers without sounding like a script-reading robot.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy and disciplined with updating CRM systems (PipeDrive), calendar management, and call tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Basic exposure to B2B outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Experience calling international B2B markets across Europe, the UK, or the US.
  • Prior familiarity with PipeDrive or similar CRM platforms.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or the maritime/superyacht sectors.
