About the Role
This is not a generic call center role. We are looking for a consultative SaaS sales professional who understands how to engage businesses, navigate complex buying structures, and generate high-quality opportunities—not just volume.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting into targeted B2B accounts
- Engage with decision-makers (e.g., practice managers, clinicians)
- Qualify leads using structured discovery frameworks
- Book qualified meetings and present software solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (HubSpot)
- Execute structured follow-up sequences to nurture prospects
- Ensure strong pipeline management and reporting hygiene
Must-Have Requirements - Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience selling into small-to-medium businesses (SMBs)
- Ability to navigate layered and complex buying structures
- Strong understanding of consultative / value-based selling
- Demonstrated success in achieving high outbound activity KPIs:
- 250–350 outbound touches/week
- 80–120 live conversations/week
- Experience using structured discovery frameworks
- Expert-level CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) — non-negotiable
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection
- Strong communication skills with a professional and articulate approach
Nice to Have - Lead generation experience
- Experience selling into the healthcare sector
- Exposure to AI or technology-driven solutions
- Experience managing long-term prospect relationships
- Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high performance
Performance Expectations (Weekly Targets) - 250–350 outbound touches
- 80–120 live conversations
- 12–18 qualified opportunities booked
- Accurate and consistent CRM documentation
