As we continue expanding across North America, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and build long-term client partnerships.
  
Role Overview
As the Senior Business Development Manager (North America), you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building strategic relationships, and expanding our portfolio across the U.S. and Canada.
You will act as a consultative partner — understanding client pain points around staffing, talent shortages, cost pressures, service quality, and scalability — and positioning Outsourced’s offshore staffing solutions as the best-in-class alternative.
This is a senior-level role where you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and onboarding in partnership with our global Recruitment and Client Success teams.

Business Growth
  • Build and execute a revenue-focused strategy to expand Outsourced’s footprint across the North American market (SMB to Enterprise).
  • Manage the full consultative sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, demoing, proposal creation, and closing.

Understand & Sell Outsourced's Service Offerings
You will become an expert in how we deliver offshore staffing, including:
  • Dedicated Staffing model — long-term full-time offshore employees (salary + benefits + service fee).
  • Our premium office infrastructure, ISO-certified security, recruitment capability, assessment processes, and workplace flexibility across India & the Philippines.
  • How our recruitment team sources the top 5% of talent through a refined selection, testing, and SLA-driven hiring cycle.
  • You'll articulate these advantages to clients unfamiliar with outsourcing or previously burned by low-quality offshore providers.

Pipeline Management & HubSpot CRM Leadership
  • Maintain accurate data integrity, deal stages, and activity logs inside HubSpot (mandatory).
  • Build automated sequences, track lead engagement, and optimize sales motions using CRM best practices.
  • Monitor conversion performance and report on KPIs weekly.

Consultative Selling & Solution Design
  • Diagnose client challenges related to talent shortages, cost pressures, poor offshore performance, operational inefficiencies, or scaling obstacles.
  • Build tailored proposals showcasing Outsourced’s ability to provide:

    • Cost savings up to 75%

Collaboration & Internal Partnership
  • Work closely with:
    • Recruitment (candidate profiles, sourcing strategy, client calibration)
    • Client Success & Operations (handover, SLA alignment, onboarding)
    • Marketing (lead generation, content, events)
    • Provide market insights to improve pricing, positioning, and service delivery.
Territory Strategy & Expansion
  • Identify verticals with highest outsourcing fit (tech, SaaS, finance, e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, BPO transitions).
  • Attend virtual and in-person U.S. events where applicable.

  
Required Skills & Experience
 
Sales & Business Development
  • 5–8+ years in B2B solution sales, preferably offshore staffing, outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment services.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and close consultative deals with U.S.-based executives.
CRM Mastery
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM — reporting, deal flows, sequences, dashboards, forecasting.
Industry Knowledge
  • Understanding of global staffing models, offshore workforce structures, outsourcing economics, and remote team operations.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in simple, value-driven language.
Communication
  • Fluent, polished, and professional English — written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills for C-suite audiences.

Regional Fit (LATAM)
  • Based in Latin America with excellent cultural alignment and ability to work U.S. hours.
