• Independently deliver clear, consultative product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s needs and use cases; involve technical or product specialists only when required.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close, maintaining momentum and clear next steps.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and commercial follow-ups in accordance with approved pricing and sales processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status, notes, next actions, opportunities, and forecast updates.
• Share market intelligence on objections, competitors, pricing, feature requests, and buying triggers.
• Meet agreed activity, demo, pipeline, conversion, and new business revenue targets.

• Strong discovery, qualification, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to lead prospect-facing calls and presentations.
• Strong CRM discipline and experience working with structured pipeline, activity, and forecast reporting.
• Ability to learn a complex product and market quickly and communicate credibly about payroll, HR, and compliance workflows.
• Ability to work consistently and actively during Eastern Time / Caribbean business hours.
• Self-motivated, organized, responsive, and effective in a remote, hands-on working environment.
