The Role This is a unique opportunity to manage partnerships end-to-end in a fast-growing scale-up environment. Unlike siloed roles in larger companies, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from pitching and onboarding to campaign execution and performance reporting.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of wellbeing brands spanning categories such as fitness, healthy meals, activewear, self-care, beauty, supplements, insurance, and more. Some accounts will require high-volume management, while others will need deeper strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management - Support the acquisition and onboarding of new wellbeing partners by crafting compelling value propositions.
- Nurture and grow existing partnerships through regular reviews, optimisations, and identification of new collaboration opportunities.
- Position the company as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner's marketing strategy.
Campaign & Platform Execution - Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive engagement and results.
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape campaign structures and opportunities.
- Manage partner platform onboarding, offer updates, and ensure all partner content is accurate and high-quality.
Growth & Data - Work with Marketing and Product teams to test and launch new features and engagement tools that enhance partner success.
- Develop and deliver timely reports to support decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of partners to influence product and growth initiatives.
Desired Skills & Attributes - 2-3 years' experience in partnerships or account management (experience in affiliate, loyalty, or media is a plus).
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing and growing accounts.
- Experience planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong time management and adaptability skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance partner success and audience engagement.
Work Arrangement - Home-based ; Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time
