Sales Support Specialist (Remote) We are looking for a
Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to a high-performing sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, timely follow-ups, and effective coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities - Track and follow up on open sales quotes and customer inquiries
- Assist with order processing and purchase orders from the sales team
- Support sales activities by monitoring workflows and resolving escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely updates
- Prepare and send customer quotes, ensuring proper documentation
- Follow up with clients to confirm receipt and address questions
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives
- Partner with account managers to resolve billing and invoice issues
- Monitor vendor pricing agreements and support renegotiation timelines
- Assist with inventory tracking and ensure alignment with sales demand
- Support project rollouts and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service
- Experience in client-facing communication
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
