Sales Support Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to a high-performing sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, timely follow-ups, and effective coordination across teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Track and follow up on open sales quotes and customer inquiries
  • Assist with order processing and purchase orders from the sales team
  • Support sales activities by monitoring workflows and resolving escalations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely updates
  • Prepare and send customer quotes, ensuring proper documentation
  • Follow up with clients to confirm receipt and address questions
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives
  • Partner with account managers to resolve billing and invoice issues
  • Monitor vendor pricing agreements and support renegotiation timelines
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ensure alignment with sales demand
  • Support project rollouts and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service
  • Experience in client-facing communication
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with quote management or CRM systems
