Who is the legal employer of the staff?

Outsourced acts as the legal employer for all staff we provide. We handle all employment contracts, payroll, government-mandated benefits, tax compliance, and HR administration in accordance with local labour laws across every country where we operate. This critical structure ensures full compliance and minimises your legal risk.

While you manage the day-to-day tasks and performance of your offshore team, we take care of the entire legal and administrative burden. This allows you to build and manage a dedicated, high-end team without the expense and complexity of establishing a local entity in any of our locations.

To ensure your confidence, every placement includes a 12-month replacement guarantee. If a staff member is not the right fit, we will recruit a replacement for you at no additional recruitment fee.
