Position Summary
We are a boutique financial planning firm seeking an experienced and driven Paraplanner to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality financial advice by supporting the preparation of documentation, performing strategic research, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work within a close-knit, collaborative team that values integrity, care, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
  • Conduct financial modelling and strategic research to support client centric financial advice
  • Ensure all client documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and licensee guidelines
  • Manage transactions, workflows, and client records effectively
  • Maintain a high standard of compliance and quality in all paraplanning outputs
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in a paraplanning role
  • Strong technical knowledge in:
    • Superannuation
    • Insurance
    • Investments
    • Retirement planning
  • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and industry standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute and grow
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
