Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide support
- Process purchase orders from sales inbox
- Manage product code and description reconciliation
- Handle stock inquiries and order status updates
- Provide customer service for resellers
- Manage administrative tasks during non-phone hours
Required Skills: - Excellent verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in email and order processing systems
- Ability to work 9am-5pm Sydney time
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Familiarity with sales order processing
- Comfortable with multicultural communication
Work Set-up: Homebased
Schedule: 7AM-4PM Manila Time
