Key Responsibilities - Communicating with clients, providing support through emails and phone calls
- Managing the onboarding of new clients
- Collaborating with team members regarding status information relating to your clients’ projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Proficient with Zendesk and Salesforce
- Great Customer Service Experience
- A driven, self-motivated and positive personality
- The ability to consistently meet and exceed set targets
- A highly organised mindset and the ability to manage a large number of projects and client relationships with a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- A solution-focused mindset and wants the best for the client and the company
- It will be highly regarded if you have an understanding of the digital space, Google products including online reviews, and SaaS products
Work Location - Hybrid
- SM North EDSA Tower 1, North Avenue Corner, Quezon City 1105 Metro Manila, Philippines
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
