Role Overview:This isn’t just a support role it’s about driving results. You’ll handle customer inquiries, close sign-ups, and respond to third-party partnership opportunities. If you’re sharp on the phone, great with people, and hungry to grow we want you.
Key Responsibilities: - Confidently handle inbound messages and calls from customers and potential partners
- Convert inquiries into sales SIM plans, NBN services, and upsells
- Pitch our offers clearly and persuasively to potential customers
- Respond to and triage business collaboration, sponsorship, and affiliate requests
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records accurately
- Educate customers on current promotions, rewards, and features
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise messaging and close rates
What We’re Looking For: - Bold, confident communicator with natural sales instinct
- Previous experience in customer service or telesales (telecom or tech preferred)
- Comfortable talking to anyone from everyday customers to potential brand partners
- Ability to learn fast and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and proactive with follow-ups and lead tracking
- Familiarity with CRMs or helpdesk platforms is a bonus
