Job Overview:
We are seeking a senior-level Lead Qualification Specialist with strong construction industry experience to analyze and process technical leads for our basement waterproofing and civil construction materials business.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze 20-50 monthly leads from lead sourcing platform
  • Research and retrieve technical drawings from council websites
  • Confirm size and scope of proposed basement projects
  • Verify project details through detailed drawing analysis
  • Log findings into internal customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Participate in daily team video calls and collaborative meetings
  • Develop and refine internal lead qualification processes
  • Demonstrate potential for future team leadership and process optimization
  • Potential future expansion into LinkedIn outreach and prospect communication

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in construction industry
  • Proven track record of process improvement
  • Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
  • Excellent English communication abilities
  • Proficient in database research and analysis
  • Comfortable working UK business hours (8 AM - 5 PM UK time)
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
