About the client (AU) An Australian-owned manufacturing company specialising in custom aluminium fencing and balustrading. Known for quality craftsmanship and custom designs, we supply premium products for both residential and commercial projects across Australia.
About the Role We're looking for a skilled Estimator / AutoCAD Draftsperson to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, 6 month contract role to start. However, make no mistake: we are actively seeking someone who's looking for real job progression, long-term stability, and the opportunity to grow with us. As our first offshore team member, this is more than just a job, it's a foundational role with room to shape your future here.

Important Notice - This is a full-time, exclusive position. We do not accept applicants working other remote jobs. We need someone 100% committed and focused.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare professional, accurate quotes using our internal templates and pricing models (including custom formulas). Attention to detail is essential, as projects can vary in complexity
- Interpret architectural and site plans to determine material quantities, fabrication needs, and layout considerations
- Create and revise fabrication-ready AutoCAD drawings in line with client specifications and project requirements
- Collaborate with the Australian sales and production teams to ensure quote accuracy and manufacturing feasibility
- Assist in identifying design efficiencies and provide cost-saving suggestions without compromising quality
- Maintain organised records of quotes, project revisions, and client communication history
- Respond promptly to internal quote requests and communicate any missing information or inconsistencies
- Support internal documentation and help improve quoting processes over time
- Attend regular Zoom Meetings with the team
Qualifications & Skills - Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating or drafting preferred (construction or fabrication industry preferred) or equivalent skillset.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Availability during most Australian business hours
- Ability to attend regular Zoom meetings with our Australian Team
Work Schedule (Dayshift - AU client) - Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (Officebased) - Bridgetowne, Pasig or Alabang, Muntinlupa (candidate's site preference)
